Privacy notice
Last updated 30 August 2026. This notice covers the website at roofers.xtremestation.com.
The short version. If you send us your details we use them to prepare and email your free site audit, and to talk to you about it. We do not sell your data, we do not add you to a marketing list, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time by emailing [email protected].
1. Who we are
Xtreme Station Ltd is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15290785, at Office 16011, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA. You can reach us at [email protected] or 07479 285049.
2. What we collect and why

We do not ask for and do not want any special category data. Please do not send us any.
3. Cookies and tracking
This page sets one essential item in your browser to remember your cookie choice. Nothing else runs unless you press Accept all.
If you accept, we may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel to see how many people arrive from an advert and how many request an audit. If you choose Essential only, those do not load at all.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
4. Who else sees your data
We use a small number of suppliers who process data on our behalf:
- Formspree delivers the enquiry form to our inbox.
- Hostinger hosts this website and our email.
- Google provides analytics and fonts, if you have accepted cookies.
- Meta Platforms provides advertising measurement, if you have accepted cookies.
- Calendly is used only if you choose to book a call.
Some of these are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred abroad it is protected by UK approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
We never sell your data and we never pass it to other roofers, lead sites or marketing lists.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you become a client we keep the records we are legally required to keep, normally six years for accounting. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
7. Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
