Terms of service

Last updated 30 August 2026. These terms apply to website design and care services supplied by Xtreme Station Ltd.

1. Who we are

Xtreme Station Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15290785, registered office Office 16011, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Xtreme Station Ltd, and "you" means the business buying the service.

2. What we provide

Unless we agree something different in writing, the service is:

• A website designed and built for your business, published within 14 working days of us receiving the content we need from you.
• A page for each town or area you cover.
• Setup and ongoing maintenance of your Google Business Profile.
• Hosting, security updates and the changes you ask for during the care period.
• Enquiries forwarded to the email address and phone number you give us.
• A short monthly summary of visits and enquiries.

3. Price and payment

The build is a one off fee of £495. The care service is £195 per month. Both are exclusive of VAT where VAT applies. The monthly fee begins when your website goes live.

Invoices are due within 14 days. If payment is more than 30 days late we may suspend the care service after giving you 7 days written notice.

4. The design guarantee

We show you a design concept before you pay the build fee. If you tell us within 7 days that you do not want to go ahead, you owe nothing for the build and we will not invoice you. This guarantee covers the design concept only. It does not apply once the site has been built and published.

5. Minimum term and cancelling

The care service has a six month minimum term from the date your website goes live. After that it continues monthly until either of us gives 30 days written notice.

We may end the agreement immediately if you ask us to publish anything unlawful, misleading, or in breach of someone else's rights.

6. Who owns what

Once the build fee is paid, the website design and its content belong to you. You keep the website if you cancel the care service, and we will provide an export of the files on request.

Your domain name and your Google Business Profile remain in your name and under your control at all times. Any third party software, fonts or stock photography stay under their own licences.

7. What we need from you

To hit the 14 day timeline we need your business details, service areas, and any photographs or text you want used. Delays in getting these to us move the timeline by the same amount.

You confirm that anything you send us is yours to use, particularly photographs of completed work and any customer reviews or testimonials.

8. What we do not promise

We build websites and set up local search listings. We cannot and do not guarantee a particular position in Google results, a particular number of enquiries, or a particular amount of revenue. Search rankings are controlled by Google and take time to build. Anyone promising you guaranteed rankings is not being straight with you.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
